This week its 360edition’s highlights of Manfred Ugalde, the current top scorer in the Russian Premier Liga. A dynamic and strong striker who reminds me of Atletico Madrid striker, Julian Alvarez.
What the video highlighted Ugalde’s
- Physical ability – his low centre of gravity which gives him balance and power on the ball
- His quick turns and pace showcase his speed and agility
- His physical strength when holding on to the ball
- His psychological attributes especially his spatial awareness on the ball
- His determination to take on players
- His confidence in front of goal – why he is such a lethal striker!
- The video also shows Ugalde’s technical attributes such as his excellent dribbling
- He needs to improve his positional play as he drops too deep sometimes
- Technically, he is a top finisher with precision shooting
- 360editions used good balanced music for the video
What could 360editions improve?
- Highlighting the player when he intercepts the ball.
- Longer build up plays for some footage
- The player’s strengths and weaknesses at the start of the video
