A football agent is a professional who represents football players or coaches in contract negotiations with clubs, sponsors, and other organisations. Their primary role is to secure the best possible deals for their clients, including salaries, bonuses, endorsements, and transfer agreements. FIFA have set out a path to register to become a licensed agent in this link. You must meet their eligibility requirements and pass the agents exam. The application period for 2025 is: 4 March 2025 to 17 April 2025. The exam date: 18 June 2025

No, we do not offer courses to become an agent, there a number of reputable course providers online. Agents FC does provide resources to help agents in their daily work via the Agents FC HUB.  

There is an exam fee, how much will depend on the association you are a member of. There is also a license fee that you pay annually to keep your license.

This is very tricky and will depend on the country you are employed as a player. In England, an agent can only approach a player in the academic year in which you reach the age of 16. A parent / guardian must be present and the agent must be authorised by FIFA to represent minors
